OrderThis place is always a fantastic choice! The quality of meat is the best I've found in Colorado Springs. The staff has never done us wrong. My wife has a severe shellfish allergy. It's one of the only sushi places we trust to keep her from getting any cross contamination. They offer a variety of specials throughout the week too.

We enjoyed our dinner at Fujiyama in Colorado Springs. The presentation was delightful and the staff was very attentive. We decided to try a broad array of items: 2 different kinds of sashimi, 2 different rolls and the udon soup. Each was splendid in it's own right. Fairly priced and centrally located, we will continue to visit on subsequent visits.
